1. Scope of Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs (Including Statutory VAT)
We do not charge any shipping costs.
All prices already include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

3. Delivery Periods
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery times are as follows:

• Within Germany: 3–5 working days
• International Deliveries: 5–7 working days

The delivery period begins after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after the payment instruction has been received).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, all goods will be shipped together in a single consignment, unless otherwise agreed with you.
In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period among those you have ordered.

• Advance payment by bank transfer

Please ensure that payment is made in full to the bank account indicated in your order confirmation before shipment is arranged.
