Williams 40th Anniversary Oris Limited Edition

There is hardly such a remarkable personality in motorsport like Sir Frank Williams. The legendary Willams F1 founder is a visionary who led his team to numerous titles and made one of the most successful Formula 1 teams in history.
In 2017 Williams celebrate their 40th anniversary. To appreciate this historic moment and the outstanding achievements of Sir Frank, Oris has created this limited edition version of the iconic Chronoris from the 1970s.

The sleek, streamlined design of the 40mm stainless steel case is a tribute to the original Chronoris. The Oris designers have incorporated some references to highlight the connection to Williams. The central chronograph pointer and the minute scale are colored in "Williams blue" and the Williams logo is stamped on the case back. The model comes with a brown leather or black rubber strap, or alternatively with a metal band.

The timepiece is a worthy tribute to both the racing team and its named founder, as well as to the Chronoris. This Limited Edition is equipped with sapphire glass, has a 48-hour power reserve and is waterproof up to 100 meters. The model is limited to 1,000 pieces - a real collector's item.
