Von Anfrage bis Abwicklung stets professionell und transparent! Ich fühlte mich beim Verkauf meiner Luxusuhr immer gut beraten und hatte nie das Gefühl abgezockt zu werden, was in Anbetracht vieler teils suspekter Anbieter sehr beruhigend ist. Auch ggf anfallende Nachverhandlungen beim Preis sind stets fair.

Reparatur meiner Rolex day-date
Supergut und schnell durchgeführt mit großzügiger Preis/Zahlungsvereinbarung.Leider konnte die Dichtigkeits- Garantie nicht mehr gewährleistet werden, was aber bei alten Modellen nicht ungewöhnlich ist.
Das Zifferblatt wurde in Gold statt weiß ersetzt, was etwas blendet.
Uhr läuft perfekt!

Upon receipt, it turned out that the watch, although in great condition otherwise, ran slow and the chrono hand would not reset properly. The watch was then sent to Niko at ChornoCash who immediately highlighted issues with the watch (that arose while it was in WatchMaster custody). Watch was as described. Response time was very quick and information comprehensive. Since I had a trade-in situation (sell/buy), I visited the shop and they arranged a meeting time which suited my schedule. Only drawback - I couldn't pay via credit card ("not working") and thus, was not able to take the watch with me. Ultimately, a manageable situation for me - but could be a quite uncomfortable one for an oversea visitor.

Julien was professional during the sale of my watch. I was satisfied with the final price agreed but disappointed by the process to achieve it. When I offered my watch for sale, Chronocash proposed a price based upon the condition shown in the good resolution photos that I sent. They determined its condition as ‘Good’. Having looked at photographs of other watches on the Chronocash sales pages, I was satisfied that assessment was reasonable and therefore, agreed to collection of my watch. Upon receipt, Chronocash assessed my watch and reverted with an offer that was €400 lower than previous; claiming that unexpected scratches on the bracelet would need to polished. I pointed out that those signs of normal wear were included in their sales description of ‘Good’, that there were no deep scratches on my watch and I had sent high resolution photos which accurately showed condition. After that feedback, the originally contracted price was agreed. Although I cannot blame Chronocash for trying to buy at the lowest price possible, I would advise all sellers to send good resolution photos that accurately show external condition when offering a watch for sale and to verify that initial offers are based upon condition shown in those photos. Please not also the difference between ‘Buy’ and ‘Sell’ descriptions of watch condition - normal wear scratches are allowed when selling, but offer scope for negotiation when buying.

Molto seri e corretti, oltre che rapidi nelle risposte e nel pagamento. Spedito tramite DHL l'orologio a Malta è arrivato il giorno seguente e subito sono stato avvisato del ricevimento. Entro sera avevano già confermato quanto pattuito e la mattina seguente mi è stato fatto il bonifico.
La valutazione dell'orologio alla fine è stata in linea con i prezzi del mercato attuali, considerando ovviamente che a loro volta dovranno rivendere l'orologio.
Consiglio assolutamente questa realtà e faccio ancora i miei complimenti, se in futuro avessi bisogno di una compravendita mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro nuovamente.

Absolutely amazing customer service!

I rarely give five stars and usually find something to fault when dealing with companies online and in our modern age.

I ordered a Zenith for my wife's birthday. The watch arrived, in amazing shape just as described but we noticed it was losing about 10-15 minute a day after the first week. No big deal, ChronoCash sells their watches under warranty so we weren't concerned.

It was Friday night at about 9:30 and I sent an email asking about the warranty process. I didn't expect to hear back until the following week. Within 10 minutes... on a Friday night, I got a personal email back from Nikolay Zverev. Immediately blown away by the fact that one of the higher up managers of the company was responding to me so quickly and on his Friday night, I outlined the issue and told him my concerns about the Zenith.

After a quick back and forth over email checking to ensure it had been fully wound and tested with a gauss meter (in case of magnetisation), he assured me all would be taken care of and of course the watch was under warranty. The next morning, he sent me a pre-paid DHL waybill for the watch to get picked up at my office.

This is truly the best customer service I have ever experienced in any of my purchases online. ChronoCash Berlin and Nikolay and Axel in particular care about their customers and understand that a happy customer, especially in the business of high-end timepieces, is very likely to return and in my case, I will certainly be back.

They have earned a customer for life and I will be using them for all future watch purchases.

Thank you Nikolay for standing by your product, going out of your way to answer a customer on your Friday night well beyond working hours and understanding the value of customer service.

Good service from an adviser (Tatyana) who at first tried to slash down the agreed price by 300Eur due to an apparent dent that would have been 'hard to fix'
Obviously the dent was not a major issue and would surely not cost 300Eur.
I rejected then was called back to be offered the initial price agreed upon (strangly)
The payment was made after 2 days directly into my bank account.

Hello all,
I am not usually one for reviews. However, I thought in this instance that I would make the exception. My reasoning being the outstanding and exceptional service that I have received from "Chronocash" especially Niko to whom I am indebted for his kind support through what could have been a very expensive mistake on my part.
Just before Christmas I spotted a "Jaeger LeCoultre" "Reverso" on the "Chrono24" website and took an instant liking to it. New strap, guarantee and a lovely looking watch.
Having never dealt with either company before I could not help but to be a little pensive, parting with a couple of thousand to a German company to purchase a watch I had not seen in person was, shall we say; "slightly against the grain".
Having transferred funds on the 14th December I became more than a little concerned when the "Chrono24" website progress bar still stated "payment not received" on the 18th December. Obviously I emailed them immediately to find out the situation. I also emailed "Chronocash". Within ten minutes I received a reply from Niko. He explained it was not unusual for payments to take several days before they showed on the "Chrono24" system and informed me the watch had my name on it and was ready for dispatch. I have to say Niko put my mind at rest. I was about to ring my bank and start "crying Wolff".
Christmas was by now approaching fast, no watch, no reply to my emails (bar the usual automated "we have received your email and it will be dealt with asap and an answer phone on the telephone line). I am not particularly inpatient generally speaking but by this time I was both furious and worried that I had thrown away two thousand pounds.
Once more Niko put me at my ease, he explained to me that he had done a lot of business with "Chrono24" and had found them to be conscientious and usually efficient. He was sure that it must have been a glych due to the extra seasonal workload. I calmed down and put away my solicitors telephone number. What angered me the most was the lack of communication on the part of "Chrono24". Had they kept me informed then although I would not have been happy I would have been considerably less worried. If Chronocash specifically Niko had not been so supportive and maintained a constant consistent line of communication I would have instructed my bankers to repatriate my payment and instructed my solicitors. Thank goodness the helping hand and reassurance I had been given by Chrono24 prevented any further impetuous action on my part as I am sure it would have created a much greater problem. Eventually the day after Boxing Day I managed to speak to Chrono24. After a further twenty four hours the payment (Which my bankers had informed me was paid into a UK branch of Barclays Bank the same day as I sent it) was found.
Two days later I received a package from Berlin via DHL.
The packaging was very carefully and professionally put together contained my marvellous watch. I was, at last the proud owner of a "Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso". The watch is beautiful. The photographs did not do the watch justice I have to say. It keeps time perfectly and is a pleasure to wear. I have several Omega's, several Rolex and many other quality time pieces.
I would have to say the "Reverso" is in the top three. I thourouly enjoy wearing it at every opportunity I get.
Undoubtedly without the help of Chronocash specifically Niko. I would not have got it and I would probably have an ongoing horror story.
Thank you Niko and Chronocash. I would not hesitate to deal directly with you in future. Indeed I do hope it is soon. Equally, I don't hesitate to give Chronocash five stars and recommend them unconditionally. Excellent! Well done.

Initially was very skeptical of this service, however, I worked with Dusha to solve all the doubts and also with their authenticators in Paris. It went seamlessly, valuation in 30mins, electronic contract, proof of transfer 5 min later and wire transfer received in 48hrs.

UPDATE: Yet more excuses from this Company. Apparently the payment was not sent out on Friday morning as I was told, but today! Apparently, not their fault bu the bank. Yet another example of false promises and total disregard for doing business properly and bad customer service. They even said that they would not delete the negative feedback. It seems they want to cherry pick how they appear. Be warned.

A truly awful experience. Promises not kept, bad communication and poor service. My watch was received on 22 November and I still have not been paid. Dumped telephone calls, no response to my messages and complete lack of information. They do not care. David Marks has an appalling attitude and treats you with rudeness and contempt if you ask any questions. His style is from the Donald Trump school of charm and charisma. If I could mark it zero starts I would. To reiterate this has been a terrible experience and I urge anyone thinking of using their service; strongly NOT to.

Really liked the experience. The support end to end was never expected, and Dusha was really a delight to deal with.

The only setback I faced, and that was probably a special case was that there was a change in the quoted price once the watch was sent. This was after evaluation by the in house watchmaker, and in consultation with me.

But definitely coming back for more transactions.

Turnover is extremely quick. Sent the watch off on Tuesday and received payment on Friday. Dusha was also extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would use them again in the future.
